The Tatted Planner
Privacy Notice
Effective August 16, 2026
The Tatted Planner LLC (“The Tatted Planner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates thetattedplanner.com. This notice explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Questions about anything here? Email privacy@thetattedplanner.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form, you provide your first name, last name, phone number, email address, subject line, and details about your event. You choose what to include in the event details field, so please don’t send us sensitive information you’d rather we not hold.
If you contact us directly by email, social media, or phone, we receive whatever information you include in that message.
Information collected automatically
Our website host records standard server log information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the site running.
Cookies and tracking
We use only the cookies necessary to operate the site:
- Webflow, our website host, sets essential cookies required for pages and forms to function.
- Cloudflare Turnstile helps us block spam and bot submissions on our contact form. It uses limited technical signals to distinguish humans from automated traffic.
We do not currently run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising trackers, or any third-party analytics on this site. If that changes, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent first.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the contact form from working.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and answer questions about our services
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and consultation scheduling
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver event services if you become a client
- Keep records of our communications and business dealings
- Protect the site against spam, fraud, and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only in these circumstances:
Service providers
Companies that help us operate our business and only process information on our instructions. This currently includes Webflow (website hosting and form storage) and Cloudflare (spam protection). If you become a client, this may extend to providers such as our email provider, contract or invoicing software, and payment processor.
Event vendors, with your knowledge
If you hire us to plan an event, we share necessary details with venues, caterers, photographers, and other vendors in order to deliver your event. We share only what those vendors need.
Legal reasons
If required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Business transfer
If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Records tied to a signed client contract are kept for 7 years to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
Your choices and rights
Review and update
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you and request that we correct it. Email privacy@thetattedplanner.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Deletion
You may ask us to delete your information. We will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal, tax, or contractual reasons.
If we ever send marketing emails, every message will include an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to opt out at any time. We will still send messages necessary to service an active booking.
California residents
California’s “Shine the Light” law permits California residents to request information about personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing, so there is nothing to report — but you may submit a request to privacy@thetattedplanner.com.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is no industry-standard response to these signals. Because we do not track visitors across other websites or over time, we take no action in response to Do Not Track signals.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@thetattedplanner.com and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including a secure (HTTPS) connection and access controls on our accounts. No method of transmitting or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site.
