What these terms cover
These terms apply to the website only. They are not the agreement under which we plan or coordinate an event.
Using this site or contacting us does not create a booking. We provide event services only under a separate written agreement, signed by both parties, with the required deposit paid.
That signed agreement governs the scope of services, fees, payment schedule, cancellation, postponement, and everything else about the work itself. If anything in these website terms appears to conflict with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Inquiries and quotes
Information on this site about our services, packages, and approach is provided to help you decide whether to reach out. It is not an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of availability or price.
When you submit the contact form, we do our best to respond, but we don’t guarantee a response or a particular timeframe, and we may decline any inquiry.
Our content
The text, photographs, logo, design, and other material on this site belong to The Tatted Planner LLC or to the photographers and creators who licensed it to us. It’s protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view and share pages normally. You may not copy our text or photographs for your own commercial use, present our work as yours, or use our name or logo without written permission.
Event photographs on this site show real events and were used with permission. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down.
What you send us
You’re responsible for what you submit through our form or send us by email. Please don’t send anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights, and don’t submit someone else’s personal information without their knowledge.
Our contact form is not a secure channel. Don’t send payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or other sensitive information through it.
How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Notice.
