Based in Los Angeles, Alexis is our powerhouse on the ground. As a Black queer woman, she brings a vital perspective and a massive passion for styling to every project. She leads our most high-profile events, ensuring that every client feels seen, safe, and celebrated. Whether it’s a private event or a bespoke styling session, Alexis focuses on bringing out the most authentic version of our clients.
Cal Velez
Founder & CSO
With a degree in Communication Studies from the University of Georgia, Cal directs the high-level strategy and operational pulse of The Tatted Planner. Driven by a mission to completely disrupt the traditional event industry, Cal balances a razor-sharp eye for deep logistics with a bold, unconventional edge. Whether orchestrating an exclusive private celebration or a high-stakes corporate activation, Cal ensures every experience is executed with absolute precision and an undeniable vibe
